Standard deep cleaning — manual and foam cleaning with inspection access

Our standard cleaning of cooker hoods and exhaust systems is based on years of experience and extensive expertise. The process takes place in several steps to ensure complete fat removal and safety.

Step by step approach:

  1. First, the entire system becomes inspected and, if necessary, provided with inspection hatches at strategic locations in the channels. This guarantees safe and full access for cleaning.
  2. Then, the hood, filters and the internal parts are fully foamed with foam box filled with powerful fat-dissolving foam products.
  3. After an exposure time, the foam becomes mechanically incorporated with brushes for optimal loosening.
  4. Subsequently, the entire system will be rinsed thoroughly with warm water, with care for the materials and connections.

This method is particularly suitable for regular and periodic cleaning, where visible and accessible contamination is professionally removed in accordance with HACCP standards and applicable fire safety regulations.

Dry ice blasting — environmentally friendly high-tech cleaning with robotic technology

For more complex installations and hard-to-reach air ducts, we opt for an advanced combination of techniques:

Hoods according to standard method:

The hood itself, including filters, is as described above manually foamed, scrubbed and rinsed.

Fat channels with dry ice blasting:

For the exhaust ducts, we put robotic dry ice blasting in. Here, CO₂ pellets are blown into the channels at high pressure. These pellets sublimate (go directly from solid to gas) and break up grease and dirt without water, foam or chemistry.

The RZ-Clean Seal® method combines deep cleaning with an innovative protective layer that drastically reduces fat adhesion and inhibits bacterial growth.

Step-by-step approach:

  1. The hood will be completely cleaned manually with foam and brushes, in accordance with the standard method.
  2. The air ducts are connected thoroughly cleaned, manually or via dry ice blasting, depending on the degree of pollution and accessibility.
  3. After cleaning, we bring a special RZ-Clean Seal coating on the inside of the channels. This layer adheres to the metal and prevents grease from settling again quickly.
